Back in the saddle

I wasn't really out of the saddle after my crash last week, actually I rode 176 miles this week, but I did feel the need to go back out to Saguaro East and make it though the loop without crashing.

The hill that I crashed on last week is the first thing you come to when you get into the park, so it was nice to get it out of the way early on.

I rode the brakes the whole way down and managed to get though in unscathed.

Saguaro is always a beuatiful ride. Here is a photo from one of the overlooks:

I also took a trip to meet Ignacio at BICAS this afternoon. He and Kramer, an El Grupo rider, showed me how to work on my derailer. It was surprisingly simple. Now I ca skip paying $6 to get a bike shop to tweak it.
